Working Together and Staying Mobile Sustainably
On Monday, February 22, 2027, the bicycle workshop reborad at Rheinpark in Duisburg-Hochfeld will open its doors for an open bike workshop. From 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, practical assistance, tinkering together, and sustainable mobility will be the focus.
Workshop Atmosphere with True Participation
During the event experience, visitors bring their own bicycles back into shape. Tools are provided while the open organization creates space for independent working and professional support. Small defects, maintenance work, and everyday repairs receive the attention that is often lacking in fast-paced daily life.
Inclusion and Sustainability in Everyday Life
The offer is aimed at people with and without disabilities. The atmosphere is enriched by mutual support, community, and the good feeling of being able to use a bicycle longer. Reborad combines craftsmanship with social participation and a conscious handling of resources.
Expertise, Tools, and Teamwork
The event planning focuses on a low-threshold format without a large stage: The spotlight is on the bicycle, tools, and collective action. Reborad is rooted in the bicycle sector as a master and training company as well as a Shimano Service Center. Donated bicycles are also repaired, refurbished, and later passed on for a small fee.
Organization and Registration
The open bicycle workshop takes place by prior registration. The fee for a repair space is 2 euros per hour. Information and registrations are possible via email at reborad@regenbogen-duisburg.de or by phone at 0203 3003659.
Conclusion: Experience Bicycle Knowledge, Help, and Community Live
Bicycle Repair for Everyone offers a practical event experience with a workshop feel, social engagement, and sustainable added value. Those who want to repair their own bike, receive support, and become part of an open community will experience a special evening around bicycles in Duisburg-Hochfeld.
