I had a lengthy phone conversation with Mr. Schmidt. Since Targobank transferred some services to HDI, I've been considering canceling all my HDI products. I currently have no confidence in HDI, as they are refusing to contact me. Mr. Schmidt answered all my questions competently and objectively, and his openness convinced me that some of the products are indeed useful and that continuing them would be more beneficial than canceling them hastily. Thank you very much!

Many thanks to Mr. Schmidt; I received excellent advice regarding my account and was treated with respect, even as an apprentice. Mr. Schmidt from Direkt Beratung also speaks English, took his time, and I understood everything. I will soon be a customer.

I had a group of restaurant employees at the next table. They were talking loudly about customers who weren't paying their installments. They even mentioned the customers by name – that's completely unacceptable. I would never open an account here!

Management behavior is appalling, colleagues gossip about each other, new employees are hired every week, and people are fired out of the blue. There's also no communication. Beware.
