Super friendly, helpful, and competent staff 👍🏼 Great for children, teenagers, and study groups. Bright and welcoming with comfortable seating areas. Books are ordered within a few days, and the printer/copier always works. Borrowing, renewing, and returning items can be done in person or at the terminal 👍🏼 The selection of digital media is well-stocked and up-to-date. I personally especially like the mobile library and the games and media lending service 👍🏼

A lovely, modern library. They also have the latest children's books. Every month they have "Schokis" (a special reading event). Then the lovely Andrea comes and reads a book to the children, using visual aids and a little program to accompany it. We enjoy going there, and even though there are still restrictions due to Covid, it's a great place to spend time again.

It may be a small branch, but any books in the Duisburg system can be ordered both via the app and through the very friendly staff on site. The interaction with my daughter, who is now in her first year of school and is becoming increasingly enthusiastic about books, is especially great. The entire staff is committed to helping with questions about various media, to the complete satisfaction of the entire family :-)

Nice staff, friendly and helpful. The selection could be larger, e.g., console games, etc. However, you can have items delivered from the main library to the branch, which is good.

A very nice library. Everything works perfectly online, such as ordering and receiving media from other locations in Duisburg to our library in Walsum 🤩.
