The training will focus on fundamental elements such as stick handling, passing, shooting, dribbling, and positioning on the field. Small practice forms transfer the technique directly into dynamic game situations, highlighting the importance of running paths, communication, and quick transitions.

Technique Meets Team Dynamics

When the sticks glide over the hall floor and the ball moves swiftly through the formation, a unique atmosphere emerges. The Floorball training combines coordination exercises with game-related sequences. Accurate passes, decisive shots, and active pressing characterize the dynamics of this modern sport.
