Floorball Training with the Floorwolves: Pace, Technique, and Team Spirit in Duisburg
On Thursday, January 7, 2027, the sports hall of GGS Hochfelder Markt in Duisburg-Hochfeld will be transformed into a playing field for fast-paced, dynamic floorball from 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM. The training session of the Floorwolves is aimed at interested individuals, beginners, and sports enthusiasts who wish to familiarize themselves with a new team sport or improve their technique.
Excitement on the Field with Stick and Ball
Floorball combines elements from hockey and ice hockey with short distances, quick passes, and a high pace of movement. In the hall, reaction speed, coordination, and a good sense of free space are essential. The Floorwolves teach basic shooting, passing, and dribbling techniques as well as secure ball control.
Tactics, Positioning, and Small Game Formats
After the technical fundamentals, rules, positioning, and game strategies take center stage. Small game forms put what has been learned into immediate action. This creates intense duels for the ball, rapid transitions, and the kind of field excitement that makes floorball so immediate.
Open Training for Curious Sports Fans
Prior experience is not the focus. The session offers a low-threshold entry into indoor sports and combines athletic challenge with team spirit. Experienced coaches guide the exercises and create an atmosphere where new players can quickly feel included.
Stadium Atmosphere in the Heart of Hochfeld
Floodlights, court, shouts, and concentrated movements characterize the evening. Even without a large stadium, an intense sports atmosphere is created through fan chants, team communication, and high tempo. Comfortable sports clothing and indoor shoes are part of the proper equipment; the required sticks will be provided according to the event information.
The floorball training with the Floorwolves promises two hours of movement, technique, and genuine team feeling. Those who want to experience the fast-paced sport in Duisburg live and try it out themselves will find a suitable entry point on January 7, 2027, at GGS Hochfelder Markt.
