Beginner Bouldering Course in Duisburg: Safe to the Wall
On January 12, 2027, a compact beginner course will start at the Monkeyspot Bouldering Hall Duisburg for everyone who wants to get to know bouldering and master the first moves with safe technique. From 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM, movement, concentration, and fun in the hall will be the focus.
No Rope, with a Lot of Movement Feel
Bouldering means climbing at jump height directly above thick soft mats. The beginner course conveys the most important safety aspects and shows how to read routes, plan movements, and solve initial bouldering problems cleverly.
Technique over Pure Strength
The focus is on fundamental bouldering techniques, a clean body position, and trust in one's own feet. The trainers also give tips on the right tactics: body tension, balance, and a controlled movement sequence form the basis for successful moves on the wall.
Intense Hall Atmosphere for Beginners
Floodlights, colorful holds, and concentrated field tension characterize the stadium atmosphere of the bouldering hall. Amidst fan chants, clapping mats, and the noise of climbing shoes, a sporty evening is created that immediately draws beginners into the bouldering sport.
Important Services Included
The course fee includes the day pass and rental shoes. Changing rooms, showers, and toilets are available on-site. Comfortable sportswear is part of the basic equipment. Pre-registration is not necessary; participants should arrive 15 minutes before the course starts. Payment is made on-site in cash or by debit card.
Conclusion: The beginner course in Duisburg offers a clear, safe, and varied start to the bouldering sport. Those who want to experience technique, tactics, and the special thrill on the wall live will find the right entry point at the Monkeyspot Bouldering Hall.
