Bicycle Repair for Everyone: Working Together in Duisburg-Hochfeld
When brakes squeak, the chain slips, or the tire loses air, a practical evening begins at the bicycle workshop reborad at Rheinpark for everyone who wants to make their bike fit again. On December 21, 2026, the inclusive open bicycle workshop in Duisburg-Hochfeld opens its doors from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Tool in Hand, Solution in Sight
The focus is on collaborative tinkering, expert support, and the joy of sustainable mobility. Visitors work on their own bicycles as much as possible and learn techniques that can quickly help in everyday life. The workshop atmosphere combines concentrated work with an open, neighborly public mood.
Open Bicycle Workshop with an Inclusive Approach
Reborad is an initiative of Regenbogen Duisburg gGmbH and combines bicycle repair with daily structure, qualification, and social participation. People with and without disabilities find space for practical experiences and encounters here. Event management does not rely on stage programs but on genuine participation moments, self-help assistance, and sustainable event planning.
Experience from Workshop and Bicycle Service
The bicycle workshop operates as a master and training establishment and is part of the Shimano Service Centers in Europe. The team takes care of various types of bicycles, including e-bikes, cargo bikes, and mountain bikes. This expertise builds trust while keeping the event accessible and close to everyday life.
An Evening for Sustainable Mobility
Amidst tools, spare parts, and the quiet clinking of mechanics, a valuable event experience with practical benefits emerges. Those who wish to use their bicycle longer, better understand repairs, and conserve resources will find a suitable meeting point at Bicycle Repair for Everyone in Duisburg-Hochfeld.
Conclusion: Repair Yourself, Ride Safely
Bicycle Repair for Everyone brings together people, knowledge, and sustainable mobility. Those who wish to bring their bicycles and get hands-on can enjoy a relaxed workshop evening with professional guidance. Admission is free.
