Colors, Shapes, and Imagination: The Open Studio in Duisburg-Hochfeld
On Saturday, February 20, 2027, the Hochfelder Art and Culture Studio invites you to create creatively. From 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, participants will create their own artworks on canvas, paper, or wood – using acrylic paints, watercolors, and pencils.
Creative Freedom for Children, Families, and Art Enthusiasts
The Open Studio combines cultural education with an immediate event experience. Participants discover materials, colors, and different techniques in an open workshop atmosphere. With guidance or independently, paintings and wooden sculptures will be created for a next exhibition or personal use.
Workshop Atmosphere with Space for Personal Ideas
Here, the perfect template does not count, but rather personal expression. Color areas evolve into images, lines turn into shapes, and initial sketches develop into personal artworks. The relaxed event atmosphere provides space for experimentation, observation, and the deepening of personal creativity.
Experience and Create Art
The Hochfelder Art and Culture Studio stands for an approachable access to visual arts. The event planning targets different age groups and combines collaborative work with individual expression. Thus, a creative meeting point emerges for children, families, youth, and adults.
Important Notes for Participation
Participation is free of charge. Registration is required. The studio is located in the former Sisters' House St. Peter at Zum Schulhof 15 in Duisburg-Hochfeld.
Conclusion: A Morning Full of Color and Discovery Excitement
The Open Studio promises four hours of creative break, inspiring materials, and a lively audience atmosphere. Those who wish to not only view art but also create it themselves will experience an open and family-friendly workshop at the Hochfelder Art and Culture Studio. Register now and bring your own creativity to life on the canvas, paper, or wood.
