Winter Café in Duisburg-Meiderich: Join together in a festive spirit for the Advent season
On Thursday, November 12, 2026, the Meiderich Citizens' Association invites you to the Winter Café in the community house of the Protestant Church Mittelmeiderich. With coffee and cake, music, a small supporting program, and personal conversations, a warm atmosphere is created away from the pre-Christmas hustle and bustle for families, neighbors, and all those who want to jointly welcome Advent.
When the winter evening sounds like community
The Winter Café combines sociable encounters with musical accompaniment and a festive preview of the Advent season. The aroma of coffee and cake, relaxed conversations, and a varied supporting program create a warm live atmosphere in the community hall. Instead of a big show, closeness, exchange, and shared hours are the focus.
Music, enjoyment, and a small supporting program
Music sets the cheerful rhythm of the afternoon, while coffee and cake provide enjoyable moments. The format is aimed at Meiderich citizens, families, acquaintances, and guests from the Duisburg district. The mood among the audience is fueled by personal interactions and the anticipation of the Advent season.
A meeting place for multiple generations
The Winter Café appeals to different generations: members of the Meiderich Citizens' Association, non-members, families, and older guests find an uncomplicated meeting point here. Children up to and including ten years old can participate free of charge. Admission is paid at the box office and includes coffee and cake.
Conclusion: Advent mood to join in
The Winter Café at the community house of the Protestant Church Mittelmeiderich promises a sociable afternoon with music, culinary delights, and heartfelt encounters. Those who want to kick off the Advent season together with the neighborhood will experience a down-to-earth and atmospheric concert experience with plenty of space for conversation.
