Ukulele Evening in Duisburg: Make music together, sing along, and meet new people
On Friday, October 16, 2026, Edel. in Duisburg invites you to an open Ukulele Evening. From 7:00 PM onwards, music will be made together – professionals, beginners, and everyone who simply enjoys singing are welcome.
An evening full of string sounds and good vibes
The ukulele brings lightness into the room: Its bright sound combines with shared rhythm, spontaneous chords, and the immediate energy of an audience that becomes part of the music. The evening is aimed at people of all ages and combines concert experience, musical experimentation, and social gathering.
Participation is explicitly encouraged
Participation is possible even without your own instrument. Some loaner instruments will be available on-site, making it easy to get started. Whether it's the first chords, reliable accompaniment, or simply singing together – at the Ukulele Evening, the joy of making music is what counts.
Musical accompaniment by Heiner Heimbrock and Reinhard Kaisers
The evening will be accompanied by Heiner Heimbrock and Reinhard Kaisers. Their conducting and musical guidance provide orientation as the group develops their own sound. This creates an open stage performance between workshop, sing-along evening, and communal live atmosphere.
Conclusion: Duisburg experiences music that involves participation
The Ukulele Evening at Edel. promises a relaxed yet lively evening filled with string sounds, singing, and encounters. Those who want to not just hear music but actively experience it will find the right setting here. Pack your ukulele or use a loaner instrument, bring your voice, and let’s start playing together.
